Pothole patching continues on I-24 in Middle TN

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Tennessee Department of Transportation will continue pothole patching work this week on I-24.

Crews will work in Cheatham, Davidson, and Robertson counties.

Starting Tuesday, March 6 through Tuesday, March 13, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day, there will be temporary lane closures for paving on I-24 in both directions in order to patch potholes.

The closures will be moving between MM 17 and 40. Drivers should anticipate delays.

TDOT recently spoke to ClarksvilleNow.com to discuss the plans for pothole repair, which include cold mix patching until regular asphalt is available mid-March.
