People Who Walk on Escalators are Jerks

When you get on an escalator, are you someone who just stands there and waits patiently as you ride, or so you walk up/down as it moves?

If you’re the latter (like us) . . . you’re slowing down everyone else! That’s according to an engineering professor from Mississippi State University.

The MSU professor claims it’s more efficient to have two people ride side-by-side, and that will help people get up or down quicker than the alternatives.

Walking may help someone get up or down a little faster, but slows the overall process.

Sorry, our brains still can’t compute this . . .
