Our 3 Year Old Made Me Do It

I NEVER got into pumpkin carving until last year.  Moriah, our 3 year old watched It’s The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown and was fascinated with the one scene where Lucy cuts open the pumpkin.  So it was game on.  We even bought tools to help carve, there are templates out there you just need to google for them.  The big thing is learning how to keep your pumpkin.  Those suckers can rot fast, and that makes a 3 year old very upset. lol  So I found this article with suggestions on how to keep that pumpkin looking as good as the day you carved it, well at least for a while.  Read all about it here.
