A guy was playing golf in Illinois over the summer when he was hit by a PORT-A-POTTY.  An employee was moving it with a forklift and didn’t see him.  The guy suffered some injuries and now he’s suing for more than $50,000. I guess medical bills would be why this guy would need to sue?
