No, Today, NOT After The Holidays

Well, it’s that time of year.  Where we tell ourselves calories doesn’t count of if they do count then we just accept the fact that, that pie is going to put on like another 10 pounds and we’re OK with that, well, we’re really not OK but what do you do?  I mean…so much food.  If you need a little inspiration this holiday to make it your time to shine, then here’s a story that might help.  I have heard that if we do something for like two weeks it becomes habit.  Well, how about running?  I am not a runner, but evidently this lady wasn’t either, however she started, and now, check out her success story here.  She is a inspiration.

Now, go forth and eat, just in moderation. lol
