No Peddling Required (but back in my day)

Man do I wish I had something like this growing up?  Well not pink, but something that would drive me around with just a simple push of a peddle?  heck yeah.  So what did you have growing up?  These battery powered things have been around for a hot minute but if you are a kid that graduated high school before say 1995 then chances are, if you went somewhere you peddled.  I remember my first “Big Wheel”.  They had different versions out but mine was the original red with yellow.  It didn’t matter though, I rode that thing everywhere.  Most of our driveways were gravel so we would push them up the hill, hop on that thing and peddle as hard as we could to go down hill.  Yeah, we wore ourselves out pushing that thing hunched over our big wheels pushing up the hill, then we wore ourselves out peddling as hard as we could back down the hill trying to so so fast we could spin the back end of it around and maybe if we were lucky, roll over and brag about it.  Now, this is what we got for Moriah, battery powered, forward and reverse, and a top speed of 3 miles per hour, down hill.  Yes she will hear the line, “back in my day” but I wouldn’t trade it.  She will look so darn cute driving around the yard and I will take a ton of photos and be a very proud dad.  But still….”back in my day”….lol
