Mother’s Day Gift Giving Guide

Mother’s Day is on Sunday, May 10th . . . that’s THIS COMING SUNDAY!!

Have you started thinking about what to get your Mama, or the mother figure in your life?

There is still time to get your shopping on, whether you are going out to buy something, ordering something to be delivered, or getting Mama a gift card to be used at a later date.

With more businesses opening up again, and some still operating on a modified business model, the fact remains the same . . . it is still important to continue to Shop Local, Eat Local, Support Local.

Why not get Mama a gift certificate she can use at her favorite salon, like Eden Day Sap & Salon, Lyndon’s Salon & Spa, or even Amity Salon.

Or think about hitting up Sango Pharmacy to put together a health and wellness basket full of your mom’s favorite things.

How about taking Mama out to dinner for a future mother-daughter or mother-son date night. Blackhorse Pub and Brewery never seem to disappoint, and Don Jarro can help you get your Mexican food fix in when you’re craving tacos or fajitas. PBody’s also has some good food that your mom or mother figure would enjoy, or check out Kohana Sushi and Ramen.

How about a gift certificate to The Pottery Room where you two can get your creativity on while enjoying time together.

Or get something meaningful for your mom to wear if she’s big on jewelry from McKenzie and Smiley Jewelers. Get something with your birthstone on it, or if she is a big fan of the Pandora bracelet and charms, McKenzie & Smiley can have you covered.

If you’re looking for more gift giving ideas for your mom, or mother figure in your life, while also aiming to keep supporting local businesses, check out ClarksvilleStrong.com.

Happy Mothers Day to all the mamas and mother figures in our lives!
