2 cans premium chicken breast
3 green onion, diced
1 cup celery
2 cups apple
1 cup grapes
1 can pineapple tidbits drained
1/2 cup light Kraft mayo
1/2 cup plain non fat Greek Yogurt
1/4 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp dry dill weed
1/2 tsp onion powder
pinch of ginger
3 tbsp of slivered almonds
mix all together!
chill for 4 hours before serving
sprinkle almonds on top
now I modify a little I may only do 1 apple and pineapple and leave out grapes. However, I keep everything else the same but do add a little extra thyme because I like it!
