I’m trying to get back on the diet wagon, with a 10 pound challenge so here’s a yummy healthy recipe

two chicken breasts air fryed(chop up)
bag of fresh spinach(throw in the last 30 seconds of boiling pasta and drain together)
cook up
mushrooms, onion with garlic powder, salt and pepper
add 1/3 cup fat free cottage cheese (sometimes I add more) at the very end of cooking veggies.
boil protein or brown rice pasta
delish!
