CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) Montgomery County Mayor Jim Durrett issued a proclamation at the County Commission’s Monday meeting proclaiming February 16, 2017 as Camp Rainbow Day. Steve and Diane Miner, representing Camp Rainbow, were on hand to accept the proclamation from Mayor Durrett. “I encourage the citizens of the community to join together to recognize the countless volunteers who make Camp Rainbow possible. It is through their dedication along with community support that provide this unique experience for both camper and counselor,” said Durrett. The proclamation, recognizing Thursday, February 16, is the first day of the Beaver 100.3 Camp Rainbow Radiothon.
