Maren Morris’ Album GIRL Has Arrived!

The wait is over!

The country powerhouse dropped her sophomore album today and it is EVERYTHING!!

Maren Morris first announced the album last month, explaining that the theme will follow the lines of love and vulnerability. It’s a departure from her Grammy nominated debut album which has ZERO love songs on it.

The new stage of Maren’s life is highlighted in the albums first single and title track “Girl.”

Maren explains, “Me choosing ‘Girl’ as the first single, it’s about transitioning from someone who felt like she didn’t need anybody into someone who very much needs people and is okay with admitting that.” She continues, “That really frightening vulnerability that I’ve been trying to avoid, I’m not doing that any longer.”

The album also features collaborations with Brandi Carlile and Brothers Osborne.
