This man’s wife surprised him with tickets to the Rose Bowl, and he started CRYING, because he’s always wanted to go.  Plus Penn State’s in it this year, and he’s a big fan. Then their head coach saw the video online . . . called him on the phone over the weekend . . . and said he’s sending him a bunch of Penn State gear.
