There is a young lady by the name of Layla who is a huge fan of YouTube Star, Blippi.

Layla is 3 years old and when she found out she had a chance to bring Blippi to Clarksville, she jumped on the opportunity.  Blippi held a contest asking his fans to make a video showing why they should come to their town and visit.  Out of over 650 entries, Layla is in the top 5.
