If you’re trying to kick a coffee addiction (or at least aiming to cut back a bit), this may be some good news for you . . .
A new study out of the University of Toronto has found we don’t necessarily need to DRINK coffee to get the benefits. SEEING it is enough.
Apparently, just looking at a cup of coffee in the morning can help wake you up.
We can thank our psychological connection between drinking the good stuff and being more alert. Because those two things are so tied together in our minds, just seeing some coffee is enough to perk our brains right up.
Would that make it a bit of a placebo effect?
