Seriously, I’ve been longing for a diner style tuna melt for quite awhile. Since moving to Middle TN, I’ve yet to find a good tuna melt — or any tuna melt for that matter…
No, wait, I take that back. I did find a really good tuna melt near our first apartment (south of Nashville), but that restaurant closed shortly after. I’m still pretty new to the area here, and could use some guidance finding my way around town.
Please help a sister out, Beaver Fam:
Do you know of any diner/restaurants with a decent tuna melt on the menu?
I’m not even joking when I tell you just how much I love these things. Guys, I wrote a poem about it.
Tuna Melt, Where You Be?

Where are you at?
Are you just hiding?
I don’t mind you have gluten,
and you’re not nonfat.
