It’s Bad, No, It’s Good For You

This is why I just go with what I like.  What do you believe?  Coffee is good for you, coffee is bad for you, you should only drink tea.  Tea is bad for you but not as bad as coffee.  Both coffee and tea are bad for you and you should only drink Mountain Dew….ok, I made that last one up, but the others were headlines over the years.  NOW, here we are 2021, and what’s the latest thinking?  Coffee and tea are NOT bad for you.  In fact, they may actually have some very beneficial health benefits.  Click here to see the latest on the health benefits of Coffee and tea.
