Is the Three-Meals-a-Day Eating Trend Dead?

Our minds are blow by this, until we realized we’re in the group that isn’t eating three balanced meals a day.

Apparently, 75% of Americans are NOT eating three meals a day anymore, according to a new survey.

The new norm? TWO meals a day, along with three snacks, every day.  Plus, the meal people are most likely to replace with snacks is: LUNCH.

So, what exactly are the snacks of choice?  Cheese, crackers, fruit, chips, and/or nuts are the most common preferences.

Do you eat three meals a day, or have you been incorporating more snacks in your daily meal plan?  Tell us everything.  Hit up the Beaver 100.3 FM Facebook Page to join the conversation.
