Is Morgan Wallen opening a bar in Nashville?

Maybe the rumor is true that Morgan Wallen would be the next artist to add his name in neon lights outside in own bar in downtown Nashville.

The Nashville Business Journal reported, with sources confirming that Morgan Wallen IS opening his own bar just off Broadway in Nashville, near the Ryman.

The report says the bar will be located at 107 Fourth Avenue N., just behind Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row and beside the historic Ryman Auditorium.

The space, which is currently a parking lot, has recently been under construction.  The land was purchased by TC Restaurant Group in 2022 for $10 million.

The plans call for the space that were filed with the Metro Planning Department include a six-story building with live music and of course a rooftop bar, along with a gift shop and multiple bars.

TC Restaurant Group currently operates several artist-themed bars on Broadway, including Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar, Luke Bryan’s 32 Bridge, and Miranda Lambert’s Casa Rosa.

The restaurant group nor Wallen have confirmed the report, and so far, it doesn’t look like any trademarks have been filed for the new bar.

Come on, think about it, Morgan’s known to hang out on Broadway himself, it’s no surprise that he wants his own bar to visit when he heads downtown.
