How To Relax On A Time Crunch

I think a lot of us are in this boat, how can you relax with so much crap that needs to get done.  Well, let me hack your life right now.

Try messaging someone you know.   By reaching out to someone you may not have spoken to in a while, they say it can just help you think about happy moments.  So try it and see.

Or this one, check  to see how many vacation days you have, why?  Knowing how many days you have and thinking about what you may do with them allows you to visualize ACTUALLY taking a vacation.

Maybe you can add to these with what helps you, but I do the first one a time or two a month when I really get stressed and it really does help.

There ya go, Fletch just hacked your life.
