How To Punk Your Kids

Easter falls on April Fool’s Day this year, and parents’ everywhere are here for it!

The last time Easter and April Fool’s Day coincided was in 1956, and it won’t happen again until 2029.

If you’re looking for some Easter family fun, and a great way to mess with your kids, here are some pranks for you:

1) Dye a few raw eggs (unboiled). The payoff for this prank happens when your kid goes to toss the egg in their basket and it breaks, or when they try to peel and eat it.

2) Take some of your kids’ old toys and put them in their Easter basket.

3) Fill a hollow chocolate bunny with mustard. NO ONE likes that flavor combination, and the best part is that even if some yellow seeps out, your kids will just think it’s cream or custard.

4) Make a sponge cake out of actual sponges. All you really have to do is stack them and cover them with frosting.

5) Fill the plastic eggs up with junk, like candy wrappers or veggies they don’t like. OR take it a step further and glue the plastic eggs shut.

6) Do an Easter egg hunt, but don’t hide any eggs (or only hide one).

If you pull any pranks on your kids/family this year, we want to hear about it. Post your stories to the Beaver 100.3 FM Facebook Page (bonus points for photos & videos).

Good luck, God bless, and may the odds that your kids don’t have a complete meltdown be ever in your favor.
