25,000 lights makes my 600 lights look skimpy. On the other hand, it’s probably costing me a lot less with 600 lights than 25,000. How did Clark W. Griswald afford that electric bill?

A real estate website figured out how much the insane Christmas lights in “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation” would cost in each state.  Hawaii was the most expensive, at $7,552 for a month.  Louisiana was the cheapest, at $2,582. These figures are for incandescent lights. Here’s the complete list!
