I am always looking for meals that fill me up but are healthy since I wake up at 4am! Here are some healthy selections including avocado toast(I love!) that help you lose weight too!
This is a good recipe for an Acai Bowl!
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1 banana (ideally frozen)
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 heaping tbsp açai powder
- Garnish: fresh fruits
Also Avocado with an over easy egg is delish too.
Sweet Potato boats sound good too!! I never thought to have sweet potatoes for breakfast.
over night oats is something I’ve wanted to try too.
Strawberry smoothie bowl is very in season.
Honey Lemon water sounds delish.
I don’t think I’ll try the chia and chocolate pudding though.
