Lick Creek Cemetery in Dawson Springs Kentucky Visitors have reported apparitions, glowing eyes, and objects that fade in and out of sight.
Grapevine Cemetery – Madisonville Grapevine Cemetery reportedly has a statue of an angel that cries blood and a ghost of a young man who committed suicide in after his girlfriend left. Witnesses say if he hears a love song playing from your car, he will scream.
Octagon Hall – Frankilin Local stories tell that during a 2003 Halloween ghost tour, the fireplace kettle, which hangs from a moveable arm but is too heavy to move easily, swung out into the room. Also, during a Civil War reenactment when some actors stayed the night in the house, they heard footsteps and opening and closing doors throughout the night.

107-1/2 EAST MAIN CROSS – Greenville The location is believed to have been a hospital in the 1800’s. Currently it is a restaurant with apartments above. Before that it was a law office. Family just moved there and have seen a man on many occasions walking through the apartment. Strange noises, etc. But the sightings have been by four different people.
C. C. COHEN BUILDING C.C. Cohen’s restaurant closed around 2010, and is now reported to be called Shandies. The place is rumored to be haunted by the ghost of Stella Cohen Peine, the last member of the Cohen family, who died in her apartment upstairs. Chairs move by themselves, salt and pepper shakers fall over, lights flicker, and movements appear in reflections.
WYNN CEMETERY According to local legend, two witches were buried in above-ground graves at Wynn Cemetery, and there are three trees here from which accused witches were hanged. Visitors have reported strange happenings and witnesses have reported seeing a black apparition.
The Sexton House in Russellville Lightning portraits are images from the past etched into glass. The Sexton House was built in 1870 on the corner of the Maple Grove Cemetery (a sexton is a cemetery caretaker, at least in the state of Kentucky). At the turn of the century, the caretaker’s young daughter was told by her parents she couldn’t go to a dance. She defied them, but her date was late because of the raging storm. She cursed God, and was struck by lightning. Her image was etched into the glass.
