When I’m feeling less than whether it be life or work I sit down and write 5 things I’m grateful for that day.  It really puts your mind into a happy state because how can you not be happy when you have a grateful heart?

 

here’s yesterday

 

When I feel bad I write down a list of gratitude.
Thankful for my covid vaccine appointment.
Thankful for my job allowing me to learn and grow.
Thankful for WW getting me to eat healthy again.
Thankful for my healthy egg pods and beans for lunch.
Thankful for extra voice work money.
