Good Or Bad?

It’s time.  The dreaded time change.  I know we go back, and it will feel like I am sleeping in come Monday, but I hate changing the clock.  I will not change the clock in the vehicle, call me lazy but it’s my way of rebelling against the man. lol  Anyway, I found some things that support either DST or at least never changing the clock again.  Here’s a reason to have the sun in the afternoon,  new survey found we crave snacks more when it gets dark earlier.  And not a healthy snack like a apple, no we are craving things like ice cream, cookies, chips, popcorn and candy.  So, staying on DST would keep the daylight longer in the evening.  Which I have to tell ya, I crave that anyway so it’s really not because of the time change for me, it’s because, oh, let’s say it’s Nov 9th, or April 23, or…you get the idea.

Anyway, if you want to read more about the health benefits to never doing a time change, just click here.

And don’t forget to change batteries in your smoke detector too!
