Golfers! Now Is Your Chance To Buy Your Own Course In Kentucky

Arrowhead Golf Course in Cadiz, Kentucky is going up for sale on March 31st at 2pm, according to WSMV 4.

It is an 18-hole, 72-par golf course with a 71.7 rating. It also has a 20-tee driving range, ponds and cart paths.

ATLAS Real Estate, Auction, and Appraisal Services is going to be conducted the bidding and sale of the course. If you are interested in purchasing the golf course, you may take a tour of the property on March 20th from 4-6pm.

There is no word as to how much they are asking.  Just get a few of your buddies together, scrap together your savings and get your very own golf course today.  Better hope it has a club house because that’s where you will probably be sleeping once your wife finds out you bought a golf course.
