Today’s facts were: He’s a Southern boy at heart, growing up in Tullahoma, Tennessee – just 75 miles outside of Nashville . . . He considered medical school after graduating from Lipscomb University with a degree in biology, but then turned his focus on music . . . Because of that biology degree, this Beaver Country cutie once worked in a sewage treatment testing facility, testing sewage runoff and chemical warfare waste runoff and says it’s a job he’d NEVER do again . . . One of the most surprising facts you may or may not know about this guy, is that he LOVES the smell of skunks . . . While performing at the Mullet Festival in Niceville, Florida in 2014, he was nailed in the face by a full beer can from a not-so-nice concert goer, and he even needed stitches from it . . . Friday, June 21 – “5 Second Friday” Fletch & Jai will give you the cue to call, and they’re looking for caller number 5. Once caller 5 is on the line, Fletch & Jai will ask a trivia question, and the caller will have five seconds to give the correct answer. If caller number five fails their attempt, Fletch & Jai will reset the clock and move on to the next caller. Monday, June 24 – “Movie Quote Monday” Fletch and Jai say a line from a movie, starting with caller number 5 and working their way up from there. Caller must correctly identify the movie. Today’s movie quote is: “I’m right on top of that, Rose.” (A: Don’t Tell Mom the Babysitter’s Dead)
Tuesday, June 25 – “5 Second Tune Tuesday” Fletch & Jai will play the first 5 seconds of a song and, starting with caller number 5, the listener must correctly identify title and artist of the song.
