Thursday, July 4 – “5 Second Throwback Thursday” Fletch & Jai will play a 5 second clip of a throwback Thursday song BACKWARDS! Starting with caller number 5, can you be the first person to correctly identify the name of the song and artist/s? Today, there is no backwards clip of a song: HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY!
Friday, July 5 – “5 Second Friday” Fletch & Jai will give you the cue to call, and they’re looking for caller number 5. Once caller 5 is on the line, Fletch & Jai will ask a trivia question, and the caller will have five seconds to give the correct answer. If caller number five fails their attempt, Fletch & Jai will reset the clock and move on to the next caller. Today’s question was: If blue and yellow make green, and yellow and red make orange, what is one of the colors on the American flag? (A: Red, white, or blue were all acceptable answers)
Monday, July 8 – “Movie Quote Monday” Fletch and Jai say a line from a movie, starting with caller number 5 and working their way up from there. Caller must correctly identify the movie. Today’s movie quote is: “I’m like a peacock, you gotta let me fly.” (A: The Other Guys)
Tuesday, July 9 – “5 Second Tune Tuesday” Fletch & Jai will play the first 5 seconds of a song and, starting with caller number 5, the listener must correctly identify title and artist of the song.
