Each weekday morning around 7:40 AM on the Beaver Morning Show with Fletch and Jai, we’re giving you a chance to win a pair of tickets to Tuesday night’s Opry at the Grand Ole Opry House.

Wednesday, July 17 – “Who Is It Wednesday?” Be the first person to correctly identify the celebrity Fletch & Jai give 5 facts about. Today’s facts were: This Tennessee native was born in Murfreesboro in 1985, and 21 years later was declared the WINNER of Nashville Star, the same singing competition that introduced us to Miranda Lambert in 2003 . . . This guy showed interest in music from an early age, performing in various children’s theater productions, singing in school choir, and then went on to play local clubs . . . While attending college, he continued to tour, performing more than 150 shows a year . . . . You may catch him wearing a bandanna on his wrist quite often, but did you know it serves as a reminder of his loyal friends who keep him grounded . . .There is no doubt about this guy being Raised on Country . . . Thursday, July 18 – “5 Second Throwback Thursday” Fletch & Jai will play a 5 second clip of a throwback Thursday song BACKWARDS! Starting with caller number 5, can you be the first person to correctly identify the name of the song and artist/s?  Today, backwards clip of a song was: Garth Brooks – “Friends In Low Places”

Friday, July 19 – “5 Second Friday” Fletch & Jai  will give you the cue to call, and they’re looking for caller number 5. Once caller 5 is on the line, Fletch & Jai will ask a trivia question, and the caller will have five seconds to give the correct answer. If caller number five fails their attempt, Fletch & Jai will reset the clock and move on to the next caller. Today’s question was: If Brenda gets in her car and drives herself to the grocery store at 7:30 AM, but doesn’t arrive at the store until 8 AM . . . Who drove Brenda’s car?  (A: Brenda)

Monday, July 22 – “Movie Quote Monday” Fletch and Jai say a line from a movie, starting with caller number 5 and working their way up from there. Caller must correctly identify the movie. Today’s movie quote was: “No regrets, that’s my motto. That and everybody Wang Chung tonight.”  (A: Out Cold)

Tuesday, July 23 – “5 Second Tune Tuesday” Fletch & Jai will play the first 5 seconds of a song and, starting with caller number 5, the listener must correctly identify title and artist of the song. If caller number five doesn’t guess the correct title and artist, we’ll move on to the next caller. Today’s five second tune was: Carrie Underwood – “Before He Cheats”
