First Lady Of Clarksville Talks About Bellas Closet (Audio)

Back in 2019, Cynthia Pitts and Carolyn Watson went on a walk and came up with the idea for Bellas Closet, according to Clarksville Now.

Bellas Closet is a place where men and women can go to get outfits for work & job interviews. The first donations came from the the board of directors and volunteers.  Since then, the city of Clarksville has been more than generous in helping.  They accept anything from shoes, purses, blouses, pants and more.  They are always looking for new and gently used clothing.

Cynthia and Carolyn joined Mandi and I in the studio this week to talk about Bellas Closet and the event that is happening this Friday, June 17th.  They are hosting a pop-up shop at Smith-Trahern Mansion from 4pm to 7pm.  Remember, everything is FREE!!!
