Feel Good Story: Organization Delivers Thousands of Trees to American Military Members All Over the Planet.

This is amazing!

There’s a group called “Trees for Troops” who formed back in 2005, and their yearly goal is to deliver Christmas trees to American military bases all over the world.

The entire charity is run by nine people, but they have hundreds of volunteers to help make the efforts happen.

Between now and Christmas, the team will be delivering around 16,000 trees to bases and posts around the country and overseas.

Over the last 15 years, “Trees for Troops” have delivered a quarter million trees, thanks to the help of about 800 farmers across 25 states who participate.

It’s truly a wonderful, and heartwarming effort to show our military men and women how much we appreciate and value them, and that they are thought of.

If you’re interested in learning more, and want to donate your time or money, visit them online at TreesForTroops.org.
