Feel Good Story: Mom of Marine Throws First Pitch at Minor League Game

Grab the tissues, because we’re about to hit you right in the feels with this one . . .

A mother in Pennsylvania, Jennifer Miller, was invited to throw out the first pitch of a minor league baseball game last week.

It was part of an event honoring the troops, and Jennifer’s son, Shane, has been stationed in Okinawa with the Marines for the last two years.

So, Jennifer takes the mound and throws out the first pitch, right to the catcher.

As the catcher starts walking towards Jennifer, he removes his mask . . . and it was her son SHANE!!!

Over the past two years, they’d only been able to contact each other every couple months, so this truly was a great surprise.

The best news . . . Shane’s tour is now over and he’s home for good!

Check out the whole video, and feel all the feels.
