Feel Good Story: Man Trades Seats on Flight with Elderly Woman

This is amazing, and a further testament on how there is no act of kindness too big nor too small when it comes to the Feel Good Story.

The other week, during a transatlantic flight from London to New York, a man — named Jack — traveling with his family struck up a conversation with another passenger in the terminal.

She was an 88 year old woman, with a recent knee replacement, named Violet.

The two really hit it off and it was mentioned that Violet was in Coach, but had always dreamed of sitting in First Class.

Jack, who had a first class seat along with his family, offered to trade places once on the plane for the long flight over the ocean to New York.

With that recent knee replacement, no doubt the extra leg room was icing on the cake.

A flight attendant on board, who had flown hundreds of times during her career, shared that Jack and Violet were beyond her favorite passengers she’d ever had the pleasure to be in the air with . . . even sharing photos of Violet’s wonderful flight experience, thanks to Jack.
