Feel Good Story: Man Sells Car for Wife’s Cancer Treatments, His Kids Buy Car Back for Him

Wesley Ryan is a 47 year old man in Texas who once has a white 1993 Ford Mustang, and he LOVED that car.  He loved his car more than anything else in the world, with one exception:  his family.

So when his wife was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, 17 years ago, Wesley decided to sell his car to help pay for the cancer treatment.

Treatment worked, and his wife has been cancer free for 13 years!  While Wesley would never regret selling his car to pay for wife’s life-saving treatment, he did admit to missing the car and thinking about it from time to time.

17 years later, Wesley and his wife’s kids are now in their 20s and FOUND the car!

They were able to track down the vehicle’s new owners, bought the car back, and surprised their father with his beloved whip.

There’s even a video of Wesley’s big surprise, you can watch HERE.

Wesley was clearly emotional, but it wasn’t only for the car.  He shared with his local paper that that his kids did for him proves he raised good people, and knowing that is quite possibly the, “strongest, most powerful feeling that a parent can have.”
