Imagine hearing neighbors shouting for help, and running over to assist with that thought in your mind that you’re not entirely sure what kind of scene you’re about to run up to.
That happened to Zac Clark (16) of Butler, Ohio.
He was outside doing some yard work for his mom when he heard the shouts of distress coming from some neighbors.
Turns out, the guy who lives next door was working on a car when it fell off it’s lift and LANDED on him, pinning the neighbor underneath.
Zac, a high school football player LIFTED the 3,000 pound car up just enough for someone else to pull the guy out from under it.
While the neighbor did end up with a few broken ribs, he’s going to be OK thanks to Zac. Doctors told the neighbor he wouldn’t have lasted much longer had Zac not intervened.
The teen says he as no idea where the burst of strength came from, but he was thinking of his dad (who had passed away a year earlier) while he was rescuing the neighbor.
Zac shares that he knew his neighbor had kids and didn’t want them to lose their dad, so he dug down deep into every ounce of strength he could find and saved his neighbor.
Zac is a HERO!
