Feel Good Story: Chick-fil-A Employees Change Customer’s Flat Tire

Talk about amazing customer service and some all around kind human beings!

Brian Hall was in the drive-thru at a Chick-fil-A just outside of Chattanooga when he realized he had a flat tire.

It’s unclear if the flat tire happened before pulling in, or if Brian had run over something in the Chick-fil-A parking lot, but he really didn’t have to worry about it.

When a couple workers realized what their customer was dealing with, they went outside, hydraulic jack in tow, and put Brian’s spare tire on for him.

The Chick-fil-A employees had brought Brian’s food out to him while he waited for the tire change, but since it got cold, they went back into the fast food restaurant and got him fresh, hot food, and even tossed in a couple free cookies.
