Feel Good Story: Adopted Stray Comes to the Rescue of His Human Friend

A couple of years ago, some gas station employees in Mexico adopted a stray dog.

The pup has been hanging around, looking malnourished, and clearly abused because it was so skittish. So, the employees brought him in, bathed him, got him vaccinated and decided to name him Randy.

Randy the pup now lives at the gas station with his human friends taking good care of him.  He’s even been such a hit with the customers that some will venture out of their way to get gas at this location, just to see the fur baby.

Earlier this month, one employee was working the night shift alone when two armed robbers showed up and started to beat the guy on shift.

The commotion woke Randy up, and he comes charging at the robbers, fighting them off and helping the gas station attendant get away.

The owner of the fueling station even acknowledged that had Randy not been there to help, he’s not sure what would have happened.

It’s pretty sure Randy appreciates what his humans have done for him, and is ready to have their back at a moment’s notice in return.

(We’re not crying, you are!)

Excuse us while we hurry up to finish work so we can go snuggle out fur babies.
