Don’t Do This If You Are Trying To Get Sleep!!!

If you are dragging today, are you to blame?  We all have restless or sleepless nights, but if you used your phone just BEFORE you tried closing your eyes blame no one but yourself.  I saw where 78% of Americans now admit to using their phone right up until the moment they’re ready to go to sleep.  DON’T DO IT!  Now with that said, some apps will not disrupt your sleep as much as others, so you still can be safe.  I like opening my Bible app just before bed and it’s safe to say, that one did not make the naughty list of apps to stay away from.  So, if you are wanting to put the odds in your favor for better sleep, here’s a link, just click here, and see the apps that you should NOT open just before bedtime.
