Do You Shower Too Much?

Question:  How of ten do you shower?

If you’re thinking to yourself “once a day” or “almost daily,” you’re showering way too much . . . according to dermatologists that is.

It’s a pretty strong consensus among the skincare professionals that you don’t actually need to shower every day. In fact, it’s better for your skin if you don’t.

A new survey found that 49% of us claim to shower once a day, while 20% shower almost every day. Then, you have 6% that are taking MORE than one shower a day.

And ALL are worse off than the 18% of people who only shower two or three times a week, and the 3% who take one shower a week . . . and the 1% who admit to showering once a month.
