Are You Doing This? Well Are You?

We all do it.  Just a quick peek of our social status or a quick look at a notification we just got, and then the next thing you know it’s 8 hours later.  Well, OK, maybe not that long but it does happen and time does get away from us.  Here are a few things that seem to be a big “time sucker” in terms of it might need to get done, or you want to do a few thing, but, doing it right then is counter productive.

1.  Responding to emails right away.

2.  Getting distracted by other tasks.

3.  Scrolling through social media.
