Are You Doing This? Well Are You?

We all do it.  Just a quick peek of our social status or a quick look at a notification we just got, and then the next thing you know it’s 8 hours later.  Well, OK, maybe not that long but it does happen and time does get away from us.  Here are a few things that seem to be a big “time sucker” in terms of it might need to get done, or you want to do a few thing, but, doing it right then is counter productive.

1.  Responding to emails right away.

2.  Getting distracted by other tasks.

3.  Scrolling through social media.

So if this is you, then click here to find ways of combating this and hopefully you can use this as another tool on making 2022 the most productive and rewarding year ever!
