After Video Chatting with Friends or Family, Do You Feel Energized or Exhausted?

With the way things have been going the past couple months, more and more of us have been opting for video chatting to keep up with communicating with our friends, family, and even work.

. . . But how do you feel after the video connection?

According to a new survey from YouGov.com, almost half of us feel like the video chats with friends and family leave us feeling more energized and like the our spirits have really been lifted.

Then there are the 29% of us who feel more drained and just depleted of energy.

Rhetorical question though . . . how much of the drained feeling is because of the video chat in general compared to the actual who you’re talking to?

Some people are just exhausting to talk to — regardless if it’s on the phone, video chatting, or connecting with in person.

You know exactly the kind of people we’re talking about . . . Energy Vampires!
