According to Zillow, Santa’s House is worth….

Zillow.com real estate company has listed Santa Claus’ house at the North Pole, which they estimated is worth $656,957. The real estate company notes that the house is ‘off market’ at the moment, and Santa and Mrs. Claus are not expected to move any time soon. The site goes on to say that the home was built in 1822, and was last renovated in 2013. It is 2,500 square feet, built on a 25-acre lot. According to Zillow.com, the house features Santa’s Toy Workshop, Reindeer Stables, River Rock Fireplace and a Sleigh Parking Garage. “A toy-lover’s paradise nestled on 25 idyllic acres at the North Pole — perfect for spirited reindeer games,” the listing reads. “The home, constructed in the 1800s of gorgeous old-growth timber logged on site, is steeped in Old World charm but offers modern-day amenities, thanks to a 2013 renovation.”
