When you were growing up, or even in college, did you have a favorite teacher or professor?

According to a new survey, 77% of us DID have a favorite teacher, with 43% of those people saying an English teacher was their favorite.

Behind English teachers were Math teachers . . . Science teachers . . . History teachers . . . then Music teachers.

Here are a few other stats the survey found:

  1. 83% of people said at least one of their teachers made a meaningful impact on their life . . . and 50% of us went to a teacher for life advice.
  2. 49% of people said they got some of their values and morals from their teachers.
  3. 43% of us believe our teachers had a big impact on our chosen career path.

Who was your favorite teacher when you were in school? Tell us on Facebook.
