7 Breakfast Habits

How do your breakfast habits stack up against the rest of the US?

Delish.com conducted a survey about our breakfast habits and how we measure up to the habits of other breakfast eaters (or non-eaters):

1. Eat Now or Wait? 63% say they wait a while before eating breakfast, where 37% claim they can’t even function until they’ve had breakfast.

2.  To Skip, or Not To Skip? 60% claim they hardly ever skip breakfast, but 40% say they typically do skip the b’fast.

3. Routine Breakfast? 40% prefer to eat the same thing for breakfast every morning, but 60% like to mix it up.

4. Sweet or Savory? 62% was something savory (like eggs & bacon), but 38% would rather have something on the sweeter side for breakfast.

5. Cereal or Not so much? 69% say they LOVE cereal, and 31% said they HATE it. Not much room for anything in between we guess…

6. Healthy? 43% said they always try to eat something healthy for breakfast, but 57% claim they sometimes try but aren’t too rigid about it.

7. Pizza for Breakfast? 64% said they’ve had pizza for breakfast before, and 36% claim they’ve never eaten pizza for breakfast. We think some of those 36%-ers are lying…
