16 Minutes of Less Sleep is Enough to Mess Up Your Day

Next time you find yourself debating if you should just got to bed or watch “just one more” episode of whatever you’re bingeing or catching up on . . . just go to bed.

Turns out, getting even just 16 minutes less sleep is enough to send you out of wack and wreck your next day (according to a new study out of the University of South Florida).

It mostly holds true for workdays when people have a bunch of tasks/obligations on their plate they aren’t generally excited about.

On weekends, it’s not so bad. People who missed out on those few extra minutes of sleep didn’t have as hard a time staying focused . . . because, you know — YAY FOR THE WEEKEND!
