How to Help Maui

It’s devastating to think about the deadly and catastrophic wildfires in Maui. They will need help for quite some time to recover and the best way is with donations, be it monetary or much-needed supplies.

The big established disaster relief organizations are a great place to start since they have experience bringing aid to those in need right away.

The Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement

CNHA is partnering with Native Hawaiian and community organizations and businesses to match up to $1,000,000 in donations for ʻohana impacted by the devastating wildfires on Maui. See more HERE.

The American Red Cross

To donate, visit redcross.org, call 1-800-RED-CROSS (800-733-2767), or text the word REDCROSS to 90999 to make a $10 donation.

The Hawai’i Community Foundation

The Hawai’i Community Foundation is accepting donations through its Maui Strong Fund. To donate, visit the fund’s website.

Maui United Way

Maui United Way has set up a Maui Fire and Disaster Relief Donations Page.
