Get Ready for New Neighbors Clarksville!

For the second year in a row, Clarksville comes out as the top city in Tennessee for population growth.

How many times have you driven by all the new construction going up around Clarksville and wondered “Will you really find THAT MANY PEOPLE to move in?” Yes, yes they will.

According to Clarksville Now, “Between July 1, 2021, and July 1, 2022, the population grew by 6,062, bringing the total Census-estimated population of Clarksville to 176,974.”

Here is a look at the numbers of the top three:

Clarksville – 6,062

Murfreesboro – 5,723

Nashville – 5,488

Soooo…does THIS mean we can finally get a Trader Joe’s? 🙂
