Where in Clarksville or Ft. Campbell to dispose of tattered and worn out flag properly

So, the other day when the winds were crazy, my flag ripped and got tangled up on the flag pole. Being the proud American I am, I am not and will not just throw it in the trash. I want to dispose of it properly because I want to get a new one ASAP. I am proud to fly the flag at my house!

Can anyone help me? I want to know where in the Clarksville/Ft. Campbell I can take it to dispose of it properly.
