A palm-sized, pronged gadget with a circular bearing in the middle and circular weights on each of the prongs. The outside is usually plastic or metal. All you do is grasp the circular bearing between a thumb and forefinger and give one of the prongs a spin.

THEY ARE EVERYWHERE NOW!

You can even do tricks too!  Modern day yo-yo???
